Charlie Metcalfe. Charlie is the driving force behind Total Lawn Care’s day-to-day service and customer experience. With a background in business operations and management, combined with a passion for the outdoors from his outdoor education roots, he brings both organisation and care to every lawn.
A countryside enthusiast at heart, Charlie lives in a cottage and is often accompanied on lawn visits by his dog, Buddy. Outside of work he enjoys hovercraft racing, hill walking and classic cars.
Martyn Metcalfe/ Director & Technician
Martyn Metcalfe. Martyn brings a wealth of experience to Total Lawn Care, combining his background as a former sales manager with hands on knowledge from his years as a greenkeeper.
He proudly plays his golf at Henley Golf Club as a scratch golfer and regular BB&O competitor, he understands exactly what it takes to achieve a consistently high-quality playing surface — and applies those same standards to every lawn he works on.
Charlie Moore/ Junior Technician
Charlie brings youth and energy to the team. A big fan of the outdoors, he enjoys sport — especially football — and has recently taken up darts.
Since leaving education he has been keen to pursue a career in the lawn care industry, completing both his industry-specific qualifications and in-house training.
He thrives on being outside and takes pride in helping lawns look their best.
